My order number was #15220437. It took a long time to arrive, and the order arrived incomplete. The pencil sharpener did not arrive.

The products themselves are excellent, its the length of time that it takes for products to be shipped and arrive. Over a month to actually receive item from the moment it was ordered.

I ordered Christmas gifts to send out to my family, on Dec. 3. It took a while for it to ship, but it finally did. However, it said it was delivered one week ago, and it hasn’t been. I can not find it, left a note for my post man, asked my neighbors, etc. It’s completely gone. I contacted Colourpop about it, and was told to give it a few days. It has been many days, and I wasn't able to give any of the things I purchased away as gifts, as I previously planned. Colourpop had to resend it, and I got a new package in Jan. Just a lot of drama.

The shipment was toooo slow!!!! About 1 month waiting; almost forgot order.

Still waiting on my shipping details.... read other reviews... this is obviously some thing they need to improve on!!! I will write another review when I try the products, if I ever get it!!! Geesh!!! I had to look up if the site was legit....

I'm really disappointed. I waited a whole month to get my order and I had customs taxes plus the 10$ delivery. My product was in a really bad shape and there wasn't that much in it. The powder looked frozen... Really disappointed

I bought on Black Friday/ Cyber Monday. The prices were great and I love the product. But here it is December 26 and I've only received one of my 2 orders. One was shipped priority mail and that one I received on the 23rd of December. The other was shipped UPS ground and isn't due to arrive until the 30th of December. I didn't even have the option of upgrading shipping on those orders. But...a month to get my items? And then when it ships finally you ship it ground? It disappoints me. I've ordered again and I do hope it doesn't take me a month to get my items.

I like buying from Colourpop because their lipsticks are affordable so I decided to buy some for my friends for xmas. Unfortunately, it took a while for it to be shipped and it’s been almost a month and I still don’t have it. I now have to buy a new present for my friends as Christmas is already tomorrow. Never will I buy again. I should have bought Kylie instead.
