All makeup good but took nearly 3 mths to get here in qld i nearly gave up

Initially I loved this pallet, the colors are all perfect for my skin and seemed to be very pretty when I put them on the first couple of times. And then something happened when I used some particular combo of the colors that has cost me a fortune and has ruined my skin if not forever at least for a while. So after several emergency room visits and a month without cheese or milk as that's is what was first thought to be my problem, a severe milk allergy, turns out that it's just this eyeshadow. Yes, it goes on great. Yes, it blends perfectly. But it looks like crap when it swells your eyes shut and makes you head swell up like a balloon. Also, it turns out colourpop doesn't actually call their eyeshadows, eyeshadow. I'll tell you why this is. They use "lakes" specifically red lake 40 and blue lake in this and in a lot of their makeup. So they call it something else. And lake colors aren't approved to be used in cosmetics around the eyes especially because of the high risk to your health. For one they can blind you or give you cancer. My vision has gotten extremely bad since I started using this palette also, which probably caused by these very blendable and pretty colors. Please do your research before you buy this companies makeup. Everything I have said is 100% easily verifiable if you look for it. Do not use this makeup or support this company who is using shady and sketchy means to sell makeup to us and advertise in such a deceptive way.

I have had the worst time and absolutely no communication from their customer service team. I have reached out to them about receiving the wrong items, getting a broken pallet and gel liner and getting perfumes instead of bath bombs. I have reached out to them 6 times in the last 2 weeks and not a single response has been given. I am super understanding that things get busy but they also delete any negative reviews and refuse to correct the broken and in correct items sent. I would never order from them again as they very clearly do not care about customers.

Never received my purchase

Such a disappointing experience. I ordered 6 items and only half the order was good when it arrived. One item was off, one item (lip pencil) was empty on arrival, and one item was completely wrong (a lip pencil instead of an eye liner). When I lodged a complaint it took them ages to get back to me, and then instead of offering a refund which I think is reasonable given how badly the order was messed up, l they gave me a store credit. But I have zero intention of ever ordering from them ever again. Such a waste of time, and really average quality.

The first time i bought colourpop. They missed 2 palettes from my orders. They said they will refund bit it has been more than a month since I made the complaint and i did not receive the refund yet. Very disappointed!

This company is a total scam. I've placed an order more than a month and a half ago - no updates from colourpop whatsoever after the shipping confirmation. 5 weeks after shipping, when tracking my parcel, I see it is being returned to the sender (of course, no explanation as to why). I tried contacting the costumer service twice, no answer. I spent more than 60€ on this, and I have no idea if I'm even going to be sent back the items or refunded (and after reading other reviews, I'm not really optimistic). Anyway, stay away from this company.

MISSING AN ITEM FROM ORDER. TRIED REACHING OUT VIA THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" FORM ON THEIR SITE AS DIRECTED. REACHED OUT TWICE, NO WORD BACK.
