One of palettes was broken, maybe it should be packaged more carefully, but overall it’s great!

The product itself was amazing but I literally had to reach out to customer care to be able to get a tracking number . They should send you a tracking number the moment the product is shipped. I never got confirmation that anything was shipped , the only confirmation I had was of my purchase. I am disappointed and don’t know if I would shop online with you guys again .

Siempre paran los paquetes en la aduana de España, deberían poner una tienda en España porque desincentivan la compra a Colourpop.

Great company. However I wish the lipstick was a little bit more smudge resistant. I work in catering and need to look my absolute best. Please consider less smudge.

The shipment is super slow. I’m living in Europe and unfortunately the shipping takes more then 21 business days. I understand that because of this Coronavirus situation the company doesn’t work as before but they should care more about there customers anyway. I can’t say anything about the colourpop products because last month I’ve ordered from these website 2 times and I didn’t get the packages yet.

I love colourpop, but I’ve ordered my products almost a month ago. I understand with this pandemic going on there are a lot of delays but I have yet to get a confirmation email nor a shipping email for my order. Hopefully everything is resolved soon and I get my order soon. Stay safe everyone!
