I've been waiting for 2 months to recieve what I ordered and still nothing, not even an email. Fix this, this is not aliexpress

I ordered from colourpop, due to a weird mailing error my package was sent back. The colourpop policy is if anything is sent back your stuff is lost essentially. I have a very strong feeling this happens often and is a really nice way for them to steal money from people. I honestly never want to order from them again because I can’t guarantee that I would get a warranted refund or replacement product if my product is lost due to something that doesn’t even have to do with me.

Horrible! No working tracking number, no delivery, and no response from Colourpop after trying to contact them! Never buying from them again.

I don’t even want to give this company 1 star . I never received my package , they have no refund policy . Zero customer service . I would not buy from this company again nor recommend them to anyone

Package was returned to sender and I was never refunded for my purchase

I really disappointed about the shipping. It's almost a month since I made my purchase and I still waiting for my package

Although the products are great when I received my order I had about three items that were missing. I went to the website and filled out the "contact us" form and have not been contacted yet that was almost a month ago. Last week I submitted the form again to follow up and still be not heard anything.
