I love colourpop and they have beautiful, high quality products. My mom and I order from them all the time! However, I was kind of disappointed with this specific order, it was the first time I ordered their products by myself and they had forgotten an eyeshadow in a kit I bought. I had to send two emails for them to answer me, I must have waited around 1 week and a half for an answer. They gave me a 6$ discount on my next order so it’s fine, though. It only happened once and their deliveries always arrive super fast( from Canada, and we’ve ordered a lot ), guess was just unlucky this time! Overall, I still am very satisfied because their products make me sooooo happyyy

Eyeshadows and lip products are excellent! Shipping takes a while but thats okay. Ive never had an issue like a missing item or broken product. Gave 4 stars because the foundations and concealers Ive tried are wayyyy to yellow so I would like them to extend their shade range to include cool tones. Also gave 4 stars because they focus more on new product launches rather than restocking the products everyone loves.

I love everything thing about colourpop with regard to the products themselves, cost, website, and customer service. I don’t like that I am forced to make multiple orders to get everything I want due to stock issues and have to pay shipping every time. I also don’t like the uncertainty of never being able to replace a product I love.

Good Quality but shipping is out of whack. I placed on order December 17th, haven't received it yet, had placed a second order while waiting for the first on Christmas Day and it is showing delivered today. Hoping that is true but still awaiting the first order...

I think your products are great and my daughter loved her Christmas presents and I liked the ones I gave myself. I do wish you would limit your email promotions.

Should have a store in europe because it takes to longe to arrive! Its super affordable and has a good quality

I wish that shipping would be cheaper:( I bought during the sale and all it did was afford me shipping so there was no big discount. I live in France

I bought the coconut eyeshadow palette, and I love the colors, however, the palette itself came with dust and fingerprints on the outer box as well as scattered inside. Some were even chipped and the powder was smeared.
