I ordered a custom pallette and a liquid lipstick. The wait time was much longer than promised (this was before the shutdown). Three of the eyeshadows and the lipstick were missing, and I only received a refund for the lipstick. The eyeshadows are decent, but not great. The pigment is beautiful and long-wearing, but is very difficult to blend. Overall ok, but I would not purchase again.

I got 4 palettes and all of them had at least one or two of the eyeshadow pots falling out or the eyeshadows broken. kinda upset that happened but not totally bothered because i’ll still use them either way

When purchasing my order and paid for my order, a week later I received an email indicating that some of my items which I had already purchase were sold out. I was deeply disappointed as those were the stuff which I was looking forward to. Maybe if the stock is running low you shouldn't let people order the product only to be let down and disappointed.

Everything I got was beautiful except the white liner broke the first day (I think it was already broken off the base) other than that everything was good.

Cremepot white eye liner isn’t the best 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not very pigmented, takes multiple layers to get a line, and it usually messes up my wing 😩 Palettes were okay, some more pigmented than others, shimmers are Great😍🔥

The products are amazing quality for the price and the brand as a whole gives great variety, but honestly the level care and personal touches they used to make are none existent. I remember with bigger purchases I used to make I would get samples of products cute personalized notes and my stuff packed neatly now I get tossed in a a box product and that's it ..

I received two of the same colors and was missing one that I actually ordered
