I ordered 12/3. I did not get the lipsticks until 12/23. I needed them by 12/22. No email that they were backed up. That they couldn’t honor shipping. I got an generic email when I first contacted them. Then a more specific one when I pushed. I went online to find a lot of other people had the same issue. They seemed to have pushed their collabs, but didn’t ensure adequate holiday help. Y’know, for the annual holiday season that happens every year.

I ordered 1 lipstick and an eye pallet around Black Friday (understanding there is some lag time with shipping around that date) but I hoped the items would get to me by NYE for my sister's wedding, being that there was over a month between. A few weeks went by without any update, so I reached out to customer service to check on the ETA and explained what they were for. I got a generated response back about how they were behind from black Friday but working hard to get orders out. No ETA on my 2 small but necessary items. It was now a week before the wedding and still nothing. I had to cancel the order and got another generated response and ended up having to scramble to find another red lip. I was excited to try their products but probably wont bother again.

Your products are good and arrived safely. However, I had to wait just short of a month for my purchase. I understand that Black Friday/the holidays was a busy time of year, and I did expect a delay. I think you could have done better with your updates. It took quite a long time to get one. Also because it was an extra long delay, I would expect a more specific apology rather than your usual statement when a delivery is just a bit delayed. I would also be wary of ordering from Colorpop around Christmas time since you seem ill-prepared for the amount of orders you received.

Ordered something around Black Friday and it took them up to the 12th of december to ship it. Then it got stuck in outgoing customs and arrived at the 17th of january with a bill from my native customs, doubling what i paid for my order. Ordering from china takes less time and costs less. Not to mention they asked me to write this review before shipping my order.

The product was great! Unfortunately the service was not, I order a gift 5/12 it took the company 13 days to ship out the product (18/12) while I understand that there is a lot people ordering during the holidays it is something that the company should be prepared for. The above before the product was sent out ment it didn't arrive before the beginning of January totally missing the Christmas deadline. The product itself was fantastic and the girlfriend was super happy.

The item ordered from Color Pop was not received in a timely fashion, therefore once it arrived at my hotel it had to be sent back. I am not able to evaluate the product but the customer service experience was not the best.

I am very upset because colourpop took soo long to ship my order it took 3 weeks to finally receive the order. I tried reaching out and never heard anything

My package came messed up and the replacement was super late and didn’t make it for Christmas like I needed it for and customer service was zero help .
