Nice products but took a while to come

The colors are great and the value is always excellent. BUT my last two palettes have arrived with at least one shattered, creamy shimmer formula shadow pan. I’ve even reached out to the company with no response. For a smaller company that is supposed to be all about quality and a more intimate experience it’s made me take pause when considering purchasing form Colour Pop

Beautiful texture, gorgeous color palette. It was mailed with protective packaging, but one of the colors cracked. I didn’t respond when I received because I know you don’t accept returns

Needs a return/refund policy other then "no" also needs to let you know they are shut down do to COVID19 BEFORE They take payment...then tell you NO REFUNDS.....Customer Service sucks hard. Shipping takes WEEKS! Even before the Pandemic, I waited 6 weeks for a package back in 2019. Makeup...is ok, for the price. If you're in Canada, order from Morphe..same pooh none of the bullpooh

I never received the items! With everything going on make sure this is your top priority in delivery or you’ll be screwed.

The"It's My Pleasure" eyeshadow palette was a lot smaller than it looked in the photos online. The actual eyeshadow circles inside are TINY (less than a centimetre deep) and they pop out of the palette really easily. The colours are nice but they are all very pink, I thought they'd be purple. The"Stuntin' So Juicy" lip gloss plumper felt really sticky on my lips. So sticky it felt like glue, it was awful. Also had zero tint. Not something I would ever buy again.

I love the colors, they are beautiful. However, I was not very pleased that most of my colors were not packed into their circles properly or tightly. I am constantly having to repress them into their settings, which make me not use them all the time. Otherwise, I would have given a higher rating.

Staying power for these lip colors is short-lived. The color didn’t stay on me but about an hour and that was without eating or drinking. The texture is nice and so is the look when color is initially applied. For me, these lip colors do not satisfy and I will not repurchase.
