Delivery took 3 weeks i was so disappointed simce that was a bday gift

VERY slow shipping 3-4 weeks!! Good product otherwise

Package took forever to arrive, I understand there are shipping delays but I didn’t receive any communication about the delay about much later. I think I would just appreciate getting a notification a little earlier that due to shipping delays I will get it later than expected. Thank you for listening to my concern and taking it into consideration!

The products were great but the shipping time was insane. I ordered my product the first week of December and didn't receive it until right before xmas.

Receive product after more than one month time.

Easily comes off and gets all over my face. Thought it would be a better formula coming from Saf. Bullets are metal, so at least they are good quality

Loved the palette, the two pairs of lashes I bought disintegrated after the first time I cleaned them. For eight dollars a pair, one would think that your lashes were at least as durable/sturdy as drug store alternatives. I tried logging a complaint with your customer service about the quality of the products that I received, and was informed that there was nothing they could do to remedy the error/issues. I also ordered the Soak It Up mask and the Four Ray Beauty serums pack. Though I do not like the Rainfall serum or the Reveal. The Reveal leaves small pearls of skin and excess exfoliated product and materials on my skin every time I use it. The Rainfall is far too thick of a formula to use regularly for me. If possible, I’d appreciate if you could get back to me in reference to the two pairs of lashes I had (Queenie and Dame) and wore for a total of one day each before they completely were destroyed after cleansing the lashes. Personally, I have been advising everyone in MUA and makeup groups to steer clear of the Colorpop lashes as they are not good quality. If there were a significant response regarding the customer service I previously received then I would consider ordering again. But in all honesty I’ve only “loved” the palettes I’ve bought here, sadly the other products were far below the standards of Colorpop that I’ve experienced. The mask by Four Ray Beauty also has a very unpleasant smell.

The processing and shipping time was unacceptable. I waited over 20 business days to get my order. The eye shadow pallet is ok, they don't blend well. The lipstick collection I got is just ok. It is the Safiya Nygaard collection. The colors are cool, but the formula isn't great. That is Colourpop's fault, not Safiya's. I feel like Colourpop is cheap makeup with a good marketing team.
