I received the wrong colour in my order. There was unnecessary back and forth via email when I addressed this, I had to follow up to see what was going to happen and whether I was going to get a refund. In the end, I was issued with a store credit....but this means even if I do order again using this credit, I'd have to pay postage again, so I am essentially out of pocket because of your mistake. I am in Australia so shipping isn't cheap either. The colour I have been sent I can't even make do with, as it does not show up on my skin tone either. Everything about this process has been unfair to me as a customer.

Well, I have a few issues with the company. First of all, if you receive a damaged item, you won't have a refund. They can offer you a code that won't work with the sale. Secondly, they put full prices of the items for the customs declaration and don't warn about it on the checkout. Basically, you won't know about that before you receive your package. I've made two big purchases during the Las Call sale (up to 80%). I paid for both packages for less than 100EUR which is the no-fee limit in my country. But it turned out that ColourPop writes full prices for items and I had to pay additional fees twice. When I reached out to the support, they sent me a screenshot with the warning about full prices in the customs declarations on checkout... but you know what? There is no such warning on the real site. When I said about that support told be about the "there can be additional fees in your country..." from the FAQ. But there won't be additional fees if ColourPop wrote the right prices of the items! Order numbers: #19694431; #19608318 I buy from abroad really often, and from US as well, and all the companies write real item prices (with discounts) for the customs fee.

My replacement order never came, I’m so upset!! And the $8 code you gave me for wine not being out of stock only covers the eyeliner not the shipping so I still pay over $10 for that one item you couldn’t just ask me if I wanted another colour???? Like I would have wanted the ducky pink one but now I can’t get that with out spending more than it’s worth on shipping. And now I can’t get a refund because you already tried to replace my order and I was told it wouldn’t get replaced again or refunded so now what am I supposed to do? The tracking says you haven’t even sent it yet only created a label how?????

Color pop has given the worst customer service to me. I received a mega mystery box that was supposed to be a $200 value & was only a $99 value & ive reached our to customer service numerous times on seeing how we can correct this for over a month and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Also I paid for expedite shipping & got my product almost 2 weeks later I was promised I was going to get the credit back to my card for this since I didn’t get it in 2 day and never got the credit this was the worst experience shopping with colour pop & I will never shop with colour pop again moving forward .

Considero mal servicio, ya que mi pedido lleva más de un mes en tránsito y no llega, y en la guía que me proporcionan para rastrear mi paquete solo dice “en tránsito” pero no me informa donde se encuentra mi paquete o cuando lo recibiré. Simplemente está tardando mucho y no tengo noticias de mi paquete como para sentirme segura de que llegará

Never again!! Half the lip products are now horribly scented and smell like artificial fruit. International customers get screwed over by them putting the full value of everything on customs forms and not the price paid undoing the savings of buying something on sale.

I’m new to your products. I placed an order and it took three weeks to receive it. I sent a message to guys asking when it was going to ship and it shipped out the next day. So I’m trying out your product and hopefully I’ll be buying your product again however I may just buy from Ulta instead of ordering from your website.

Getting a hold of someone in customer service is a freaking nightmare. My package never showed up and they were less than helpful. Will not ever order from them again.
