I order during a holiday so I understand the wait but when my products came my highlight was melted and my lipstick didn’t match the color on the website

The actual colors are very different than what they look on the site. Tool too long to deliver

Their prices are good. However, they are not customer friendly. They will not accept returns so if you are not happy with an order you cannot return it for a refund. Also, they do not give price adjustments even if your order was placed only the day before the price of an item has decreased. As a result, I will never order from them again.

I'll never buy another mystery again from this company. The value isn't there. Stickers?? Stickers are a cheap filler item. Can we get different colors besides mutes, nudes & powder puff? They put discounted products in yet claim it's full price. So you check the website just to find out your box doesn't come close to the value suggested. Make sure you check the expiration dates as I've gotten expired products or nearly expired.

The mystery box was very disappointing this time around. They tend to put the same “filler” type items in the box, specifically face gems. Which is great occasionally but I don’t think face gems are all the wearable. This box also contained almost exclusively lip products. All in super similar shades. With the exception of the eye shadow palette this box felt like it was just products that didn’t sell.

I only received one item or out of the 5 I ordered, then was told I would get a replacement package for 3 of the items (which i did) , but the total package eyeliner set was sold out and I would get a refund. That was in the middle of June and I never got the refund of $99 plus tax that i paid for the set. Now the total package set is back in stock. At this point I would like the eyeliner package I ordered instead of the refund since I've waited this long anyway.

I gave colourpop two stars because I did like some of my products. I bought a lotion that was fifteen dollars that is a lot for me it was described to brighten your skin. It did not brighten your skin at all. I thought oh well I’ll just exchange it. Then I looked at there policy you can not exchange our return anything.I was very disappointed. I sent them an email asking if they could at least work with me. The reply just shut me down. I decided I would not buy anything from colourpop again. I don’t like there policy and I felt mislead by there description of the lotion.

The Jelly eyeshadow dries out in about 2 months and the shock eyeshadow is somewhat creamy to begin with. I purchased the shock it to me collection less Them a month ago and they're dry and flake off into your eyes. It's messy because you can't even get it to your eye before it falls off the brush. I'm very very disappointed...
