The only problems that I had were with the shipping and inventory. I had a problem with shipping because I placed my order on 11/26/2020 and I didn't receive it until 12/15/2020. The problem I have with inventory is the fact that everytime I log on to the website to place an order for certain pallets they are never in stock.

I love the smell of the products and packaging as well as the colour pay off, I am aware the shipping took long because obviously covid and I don’t mark it as a downside. However my lip liner the moment i omenesc it the tip fell off and as i Trier TO sharpen it the tip of it kept falling off.

Products came beautifully packaged and no damage or anything like that. My only gripe was shipping time but that was probably just because it was December. My mom loves everything I got her tho, I also love the lippie stix :) I wish this company were more eco friendly, plastic free but that’s the world🤷🏽♀️

The palette was nice. Nice neutral colors. The pink colors were very cute. I’m a medium dark complexion and my only complaint is that some of the colors didn’t pop on me they weren’t as pigmented as others. Overall a good colors
