I bought 2 of the same palettes accidentally which is my bad i’ll admit that. but half of my products in the order were damaged! i had to give them away or resell them which was disappointing. and by damaged i mean broken colors in the pans or the actual shadow not fitting the pan size...like it was too small for the pan and/or not done properly. wish i could’ve gotten a refund or discount for next time.

First time order stayed in pending more for more than a week. Had to go through social media before getting resolution. This was after an initial contact via email. I love the product finally received 3wks. I want to continue to order, hopefully will get better service going forward.

1, Took forever to mail it to me. 2, I accidentally ordered a product my wife already had and found out there was no returns. Total b.s. now stuck with something she wont use before it expires

The eyeshadows have a lot of fallout, but a great formula otherwise. Their products are great, however the shipping was horrendous and took 2 weeks to get my order processed. I don't believe I would buy from them again. Knowing it was a busy time of year they gave no notice over shipping delays until after you checked out, prior to the after purchase email I was given an ETA of less than 2 weeks. It was deceitful and erased all the good I had previously heard about them.
