Shipping time was accurate and fast. The box it came is was BEAUTIFUL!! Which I wasn’t expecting. As for the pallet, I love it! The color payoff is wonderful and vibrant but I’d love it even more if there wasn’t so much kickback 😬 but if that doesn’t bother you And you love color and lots of sparkles, then the Fade Into Hue pallet Is for you!

love the brushes i bought, one of them arrived with a crack and i wish the brush roll’s interior material was easier to wipe down and clean but overall i’m very pleased

Good. It would be nice to include the tax

Everything was great, the shipping was pretty fast considering the pandemic and the heavy production that I supposed they were having, I fell in love with every product but the lil box of lippies that I received came with one that didn’t have any “pencil” i had to sharpen it almost to the end for something to come up. I guess it was just a mistake in the production.

The non-matte colors were not as pigmented as I thought they would be, but apart from that, love the colors, love the packaging as well.

I love the sales! I can’t pass them up. They are great and I have bought more directly from Colourpop than a distributed like Ulta. I have a few website complaints. It feels like products get hidden and not easy to find. I have to search for them specifically. I would also love the ability to zoom in on the pictures! For the eye palettes I don’t know if it shimmer or glitter and being able to take a closer looks would help. For the same reason, I wish the product description had more info. The more specific the better. Colourpop is amazing and I love what the company stands for and that they reach out for collaborations.

The quality of colourpop products is amazing. They ship pretty fast towards Mexico and things have always gotten here perfectly. I just wish they stocked complexion products more often or more accordingly to the demographics. I've been looking for foundation on my apparently very popular skin tone and haven been able to fetch it
