Packaging was damaged and they refused to do anything about it.

The makeup itself is fine for it's pricepoint. More frustrated with customer service. I ordered a package before Christmas and somehow my package got sent back to them before it was delivered (not their fault) but when I asked about receiving the products they said they'd just refund me and I had to reorder all over again. Was unable to get an item I wanted since it was taken offline (smokey eye palette) and still haven't recieved a refund even though the package was sent back to them and they got it at the beginning of this month. Will not order from here again.

The shipping is SO SLOW. I ordered on Dec. 8th for a Christmas gift and it arrived ON Christmas Eve. Huge disappointment.

Pour customers service. Not the best quality. No return policy. Would not buy it again.

Took waaayyyyyy too long to get the product I had already paid for.

I ordered one of their products well before Christmas. It hadn’t arrived by Christmas. Okay, no big deal. Then, over a month after I ordered, I get an email saying my order has been returned. I never returned anything, I’ve been waiting to give it as a late Christmas gift! At least they refunded my money, but I am still not pleased that I waited over a month and never received the product. I could have gotten a different gift that would have been on time for Christmas.

My initial order did not arrive. Colour pop was unwilling to refund it or to expedite the second.

I hoped the brow pencil would last longer this time, but it constantly breaks inside the barrel. Even with minimal use. Disappointed. Colour is wonderful. Product is soft and waxy.
