it is all broken.

Terrible service. Left waiting for nearly 2 months for an order that never arrived and was cancelled as they didn't have enough stock!

I reached out to customer service twice and never received help on my order. Didn't end up receiving my package.

I have purchased four of the Lip Stains, and within a month of using most of them, the stains because clumpy and lumpy in the tubes. One of came lumpy and clumpy in the tube. Also, the second time reporting this to ColourPop, they stopped responding to me on September 21st, 2021.

The eyebrow wax didn't work at all, the brush barely picked it up and it didn't get from the brush to my eyebrows at all, even when I tried warming it up first. The brow pen things draw one or two perfect little lines and then basically stop working; one leaked everywhere the second time I used it.

Never received my order

Stained brush pouch. Quality of brush is not good. You can get cheaper from China made makeup brush. I paid shipping fee because DHL did not deliver in my exact location.

I tried ordering at least 5 times, all different cards and every time my order got flagged and canceled as if it was fraud. I never received items and eventually gave up on ordering. Very disappointing because I really wanted the product.
