I ordered three sets of lashes for my granddaughters and three little boxes arrived in a larger box but only two had lashes in them the other lash box was empty . Still have not received the other lashes after contacting company they said will be delayed due to covid which I get.

I haven’t gotten my order but I was already charged and I put in my order I thought a few weeks before their warehouses shut down.

The items I wanted were unavailable and some items were a bit too expensive.

The products I ordered are nice but not as great as I expected. Lots of glitter & fallout. Color payoff isn't as high quality as I was hoping for. For the price point, it is decent but the products I ordered did not blow me away like I hoped they would.

It is my first order from colourpop and it is quiet a big order. I paid 96$ and still didnt get my package. I know it takes longer due to corona and stuff but I am waiting for 2 months now. The customer Service is nice, I still have hope to receive my package one day. But so far I am disappointed.

Didn’t complete the palette that I ordered :/ I’ve ordered twice and both times there’s been a missing eyeshadow. The palette itself is gorgeous but I’m disappointed with only being offered a voucher when the colour isn’t even for sale on its own and since I live in Canada shipping costs a lot more than that.

I have received a packet that I bought but when I saw one of my super shock shadow seemed to be in really bad condition, looks like an expire make up, I have bought your make up before (because I love the brand) and all the process had been ok, but this time was really disapointing, because I needed to use all what I had bought I se dio this same message on instagram but never get feedbak.
