I know the Covid-19 pandemic happened and there is no sign of Sailor Moon collab makeup being made again. Also some products use coconut oil and yes it's natural but some people are kinda allergic to it and sorta want a more descriptive ingredient list. Have no clue if you couldve controlled the Ulta release of the Sailor Moon items but like, people were in the building before opening and never gave a start for the employees and others who waited. You only gave like a dozen items of each too? And you knew the high demand CMON.

I ordered a custom pallet and I understand we are going through a rough time right now, but I’m not sure if my pallet was canceled or will be sent out at later time. I haven’t gotten any clarity on the matter.

I absolutely love the eyeshadows. The pallets are exquisite, super pigmented and they have such a creamy texture! It upsets me that so many of the collections o(mascara, pick your own pallets, eyeliner) have been out of stock for so long. Even before this whole covid crisis. It would be nice to have more selection and to not see “sold out” so often and for so long.

My blush came without any powder in it... not broken which I could fix, but an empty plastic container. The eyeshadow I purchased however is beautiful and was in great condition.

My package was missing an item and another item was completely smashed but the customer service team was lovely and super helpful!

not as satisfied. one of my products came to be broken and all i’ve got is a coupon to colourpop shop of the same about as the product (that is due till august i presume). i was expecting either refund or the company sending me the product, especially when i technically paid fees for it too.

I received the palettes quickly enough, but in one of them the shades of one shade were broken💔😔
