I never received my liquid eyeliner from the chola collection

Your return policy is garbage and I literally bought the exact same thing from Ulta for $3 less as a gift and they wouldn’t return the lip gloss I bought. You need to make this policy much more prominent on your website because the fact that I had to dig through the FAQ for it is RIDICULOUS.

I was missing one of the colors in my pallet

my experience has been super bad since to buy the page was super good but the shipment has not even reached my country much less to my house (purchase made on December 13)

The eyeshadow pallet I received was messy powder was everywhere when I first opened it making it seem as if it was used I Loved the Becky g eyeshadow pallet but didn’t like messy powder all over when I first received it . Also I received two other pallets as a gift for Christmas Was looking forward to it but all the shimmer eyeshadows came broken or just fell out the pan so they were poorly pressed and the mattes were fine but they kept falling out the packaging .. so colourpop has been disappointing me lately

My last purchase was very disappointing

I honestly love colourpop products but this time one of my lip liner was broken the fact that they did sent me like that i was disappointed ! I paid almost 40$ for my whole order .

I ordered some of the Hola Chola item and the pallete was great but the lippies were VERY drying to were it chapped my lips and the eyeliner ink quality was also VERY poor. My drugstore one lasts me about 1 month- 1 1/2 of a month and the one I recieved from colourpop dried out in a week. Very disappointed.
