My order arrived a month after it was placed. The quality of the product is mediocre.

Ps los productos son buenos, lo malo es el envío a colombia que no tiene convenio con aduana o debe poner los paquetes no tan devaluados ni poner el precio de la compra masivo enviar a colombia devaluado en 50 dólares

They say to make shipments outside of the United States and the delay is very big, more than a month ago I made my order and until today I have not received anything, there is no follow-up in customer service since they take a long time to replenish my emails and sometimes I do not even get an answer. I do not have information about my order and the guide that I give me is incorrect, I would not do any new purchase here. Lousy Servico.

My palette came shattered and one of the eyeshadow pots keeps popping out

Ordered a CP Confidential Mystery Box and was offered a free mascara with it. I have been waiting for two months and all I receive is the free mascara in both packages. Very bad experience, never ordering again.
