The products took over a week to ship…
The products took over a week to ship out . I was not impressed with the quality of the products (lip glosses) and they were for a 10 year old . Also your return policy is not clear at all . I wasted my money .

Broken items
Honestly I'm a colourpop girl, but with this last purchase, I was very disappointed , I bought some bright colorful eyeliners… that I tried to use twice and they broke. I sent and email explaining my situation, someone from the team asked for pictures, I sent them the pictured, they turn around and say 💭 pictures ate too blurry, but they were visible enough to see the break… I gave up…

Pretty slack
I was missing one of my items and it took a week of back and forth emails to get a refund. At first, they gave me a coupon code that didnt cover the cost of my product (as it was on special when i ordered it) nor shipping.
