I didn’t like the skin products at all. A lot of fragrance on the small over priced body lotions and the shimmer was not what I expected. Glad I got everything on sale. Still a major waste of money.

Poorly packaged in a thin cardboard box that was severely damaged by the time it reached me. Over a handful of items were damaged from shipment and I have yet to hear from the company. I spent over $200 on the limited edition Hocus Pocus Collection(s). How careless to have put it in such a Poorly structured box, even my Tikerbell collection had a thicker shipping box. I got an e-mail that I would receive my Black Flame Candle separately, but no updates in that regards. So damaged items and a missing item.

I never receive my order

It took over a month to be delivered. Never buying again. Very disappointed

Cheap makeup, charged wrong. AWFUL customer service, I would NEVER give my business to this awful company again.

Basically I never got my order. I contacted customer service several times before my order was shipped for a change of address and they never helped me. They sent a “shipping confirmation” email even though my things actually shipped days later. I payed for fast shipping and that was also not granted. So at the end UPS says they delivered it (dropped out the door) with obviously no proof and my pckg got lost. Will never buy again from the brand!

I’ve ordered so far 4 times The eye liner was dry, didn’t work. I emailed customer service, no answer. The lip pencils were good so I continued to order. But now my 4th time ordering, the same lip liners, they no longer last all day and they have changed texture. Very dry and not easily applied. I emailed customer service and they take forever to reply. Just a week of back and forth to finally be told once 2 weeks passes they can’t do anything. I wasn’t aware of their policy and will not be giving them my business any longer.
