Good products and great packaging. The box they sent it in was soo cute. The products were also good quality, there was just a little bit of fallout when I opened a palette but other than that its good.

The lip liners are great. A couple were broken.

Everything came in perfect conditions and also got my order correct! The only reason why I pick four stars it’s because it took seventeen days to receive my shipping confirmation email and twenty days for the package to arrive. I understand it was Black Friday weekend when I ordered and there was probably a lot of people that ordered too, but it took too long. Either way I’m happy with my purchase.

I really enjoy ColourPop and it's so easy to access since I live in South East Asia. I have received each of my shipments without any problems with the customs agency and my products are always packed well and do not arrive broken. Would recommend it for people living overseas. The prices are really great for my budget but I do have to say at times the packaging can be a little cheap. I bought a blush from the Wild Nothing release and the packaging was cheaper plastic. I would say the majority of the packaging is the same or even better than Elf. My only real problem with Colourpop was when I ordered 4 bottles of the 4nw tinted moisturizer but was sent 4 bottles of the 1nw instead. I am able to make the shade work for me but maybe for others, it would have not. I think the quality control on the foundation should be better since the numbers can easily be confused. I would recommend this brand overall but they can improve in small areas.

I live in Australia and shipping is slow (but free for my order). Items take 4-8 weeks to arrive. A friend and I go in together about once per year and try a range of things. Item packaging for shipping is well protected and I've never received anything broken. Colourpop has a good variety of decent quality makeup for a reasonable price. If you want to try a particular colour but don't want to spend a huge amount of money, this is probably the place to go. GST is added at checkout, which means it usually works out more expensive than typical chemist/drugstore brands but there's better variety.

The reason I have given this delivery 4 stars is because, the delivery was incredibly fast and I’m super happy with the products! My one big issue is that I ordered a hydraulic primer not a hydraulic setting mist. This upset me greatly and I hope my future purchases won’t end with such disappointment.

i bought from Mexico and my package arrive in perfect condition everything I asked for. although i can't trace the guide once I enter my country. The shadows are nice and of good quality

Great quality products. If you order during sales you get good deals. I love the skin care and eyeshadow pallets are beautiful colors, nice pigmentation. Nice variety to choose from. The face milks are my favorite on my dry skin. I love that I can order eyeshadow single magnets to personalize and fill my magnetic case. Please make more blush, bronzer and hiliting singles for the magnetic cases. Overall, I do recommend ColourPop!
