Reason is i never got my order on time. When ever i order stuff its alway late. It takes 3 weeks to 4 weeks to get things that i need. I am still waiting for the order i placed on mid march. But i do understand that company stoped shipping due to covid i am ok with that but before this my orders never reached on time. So i try to order colourpop from ulta now.

I loved the pallet, the lip balms and blush. The only thing I became frustrated about was when the update of tracking my package, it stated it was coming on a particular day but didn’t.

I place my order in march and they have very vague update me if it is shipping and only told me that it is halted cause of Co-vid.

I follow colourpop on Instagram, I’m very curious about your products, they seem amazing , and well fair in price. I had finally got the time to order my very first order from y’all . That’s where the 3 stars come in .. from making my selection, to the ordering process down to the confirmation was amazing ! Everything went smoothly , due to the covid-19 I returned my order because being a new customer, I had my own concerns. Had no problem with my refund, communication via email was amazing as well, over all I have no complaints with colourpop even thru this covid-19 they still are amazing as they sound hopefully when things go back to normal, I will reorder from them ❤️ And can give a better rating!

While I understand everything is stressful and up in the air right now in terms of shipping, I am a little disappointed that when I reached out to the customer service staff about if they had any estimate as to when they could start shipping again (not even asking for a delivery date for my specific order), all I got was an impersonal message back, which was copied and pasted from the last update I got over a month ago. I am still excited for my order, but a little disappointed in their customer service skills.

I made my order on March 19, and I haven’t even gotten an update. I got one on March 22 saying all distribution and fulfillment centers, but no follow up emails. I keep having to check to make sure I didn’t miss anything. They do give the option for a refund, but I just want the items I ordered.
