I love every product I’ve received from ColourPop! My only issue is that items take a while to ship.

This was my first order from Colour Pop & I’m in the UK. I bought enough that I got free shipping, which was brilliant & faster than other places I’ve bought from coming from America. I like the fact that Tax is included so you don’t have to worry about any more fees, it’s all been paid for! The shadows I’ve tried are nice & easy to work with, I’m no MUA just like makeup ! The super shock shadows I tried were in palettes & are very nice but I have to use my finger as I’ve not found the right brush to pick them up, so finger it is. Apart from the palettes I tried the eye liners, which again the few I’ve tried, I’m impressed with ! So far I’m very happy ! I think if you see an eye palette with a colour story you like go for it !! The only things I’d say is that I prefer the cardboard palettes better than the plastic ones. Also it would be lovely if they had an option to go on a list for items you want that are not currently in stock, pay for them & then when they all come in your package gets dents to you. Of coarse they have to give you an estimated time & a maximum time you’d have to wait !! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Received my parcel but with a missing items, but the customer service swift in solving my issue within a week.
hey
I really love how affordable their products are but they are much smaller than I expected like the eyeshadow pallets. The pigment doesn't show up that well but I like how it's subtle all the same. I like their company and would buy it again!

I have really loved the products so far, the shadows blend nicely, aren’t messy at all and look GORGEOUS! About the skincare bundle, the face milk is so soothing, the cream great even for my oily skin and the lip mask smells heavenly and has a smooth texture. My only complaints are that at some point I wanted to cancel my order and I couldn’t and that I had to pay another 24€ for transit(which is not really colourpop’s fault but it kind of ruined the experience), which is not much lower than my order cost. This wouldn’t have happened if I had been able to cancel the order and then order the products separately to avoid transit fees. Everything else was fine though, I’m very satisfied with the products.
