Not clear on the import tax for shipping to the UK. Found the customer service team a little unhelpful on emails - seemed to send generic responses, rather than actually answering the questions raised.

Had problems because not all of my products were sent which was really disappointing because I live outside of Australia and the added tax and extra shipping cost made it hard to repurchase product. Customer service was very fast and efficient, much appreciated.

I've tried to order one item and everytime I completed my order it was immediately canceled by the system. Not a pleasant experience.

up until my last purchase I LOVED color pop. i had tons of dedicated videos to all the products I purchased on my youtube channel, that I have been removed.you send out ton of PR and I make a purchase and one item in my order is received dry and my customer service experience was awful. so for the time being Iam on strke with color pop. other than that i loved the products. oh and the replacement item was dried out foo.

My face started to break out a lot after using the tinted moisturiser, I don’t know if i got an expired product or I’m allergic to some ingredient. This never happen to the other foundations that I have tried. On top of that, it took forever to deliver.

Waited over a month for delivery. Yes I am in Australia but never had this problem before. Bits of my Eyeshadows from the palettes I ordered came with small chunks missing out of them. Normally wouldn’t care but it was over $90 AUD and I expect more from them
