I ordered before my friends and their packages were shipped before mine. After a over a week with no shipping update, I had my order canceled.

I'm extremely disappointed. I was really excited to get my makeup. I mainly placed this order for an awesome eyeshadow palette that was on sale for $25 (usually like $36) and ordered a bunch of other little things so I could get the free shipping. Well, I finally get the order (after weeks of waiting) and the eyeshadow wasn't there! I instantly snapped a picture showing that it wasn't there and wrote customer service. I was so upset about the eye shadow that completely didn't notice (until a little bit later) that the shimmer oil that I ordered also wasn't there so I had to email customer service again. I'm now superly frustrated but customer service emailed me back about the eyeshadow and fixed the error by sending me a palette, but the second complaint about the oil never got an answer and to this day I still do not have the oil!

You want me to review a product I ordered almost a month ago and still haven’t received.

Took very long to ship out, didn’t like customer service. Items were okay but one didn’t look as pictured

My order was not correct. I reached out twice and never got what I ordered. We will never use Colourpop again. I should have read the reviews before my daughter ordered.

I paid 20$ for the shipment and one month later I still haven't received the parcel. It's really disappointing and won't order again
