My so juicy lipgloss arrived in a crumpled carton and it was leaking when I opened it….

The colors look magnificent in the container. They weaken drastically when applied. Even with three applications, they were still not as vibrant as they look on the ads or in the container. This is very disappointing; I'm into costumes and costume makeup, and I was really looking for high pigmentation. 😞

I've made many orders from Colourpop. Most of the products are now stables in my collection (for example the tinted moisturizer and the supershock family), but the customer service isn't the brightest. I always have troubles with the tracking link not uodating, which gives me anxiety given that there's a Colourpop parcel I've fully paid for and haven't received for some reason (2020). I've bought other things from other websites and I've been fully refunded, but Colourpop were the only company that never refunded me and sent curt replies in the mail. For months onwards since, I've been really hesitant to purchase anything from them, and I stopped recommending them to other people as well. Even now that I've made quite a few purchases from Colourpop and they've all arrived (I did have a missing item recently), I can't in good conscience trust them again— not fully at least— nor recommended them to my loved ones.

Unlike the previous experience of getting the products in two weeks, this time it took over a month for the delivery. To make matters worse, some of the lipsticks were broken.

Good quality stuff but my biggest frustration with them is their unreliable inventory. You cannot depend on them for a staple item. Just when you think you found a favorite, they discontinue it. Then you end up buying/ swatching for a replacement - & if you finally find it, they’ll prob discontinue that too. MAC may be expensive, but at least I know they’ll always have my Viva Glam II.

Product was just what I wanted. Service was fast, website easy to navigate

The blotted lips I bought were crumbly and dry! Not happy.

The products are good, but some very inappropriate and immoral advertisements were shown by Colourpop and they have sadly lost a customer.
