delivery took extremely long, i had to send out an email to customer service in regards of delivery time which is when they decided to send me a replacement but almost a month later is when i received the product.

Colors aren't that vivid, and smear after a short time.

Slow delivery outside of the United States

The products they make are great and affordable. However, I am based in the UK and I ordered quite a few products for me and my friend. They did not pack 2 of the small 9 pan palettes we had ordered but everything else had arrived. I reached out to customer service and rather than sending out the palettes we had paid for and were missing, they offered us credit for them. This just wasn’t good enough, and I know they didn’t want to send them out because of the shipping costs, but they were the ones who missed them in the first place? In the end, I haggled to get a full refund of the two items instead as I only tend to order from colourpop once or twice a year so the credit would have just sat there. I was just so surprised by the refusal to send out a product we had ordered and paid for. I have avoided ordering from there ever since as I don’t know if I’ll get what I ordered, and seems they aren’t helpful at amending their mistakes.

The shipping and delivery time are ridiculously long. This is a big company not a Mom and Pop shop. The customer service sound like an automated machine, they're no help at all. This experience makes me want to just drive to the nearest Ulta and purchase products from them.

The delivery times are awful. I was waiting for almost a month. The quality of a mascara is so poor that even cheep Chinese mascara is better.

Shipping was ridiculously long. Eye shadow palet had two shades that crumbled due to poor packaging when shipped. Eye liners do NOT last, not waterproof as advertised.

No body answers your email, no phone number, products arnt that good!!
