I received two eye pallettes that came in damaged. They were all gifts for the holidays. I sent two emails to Colourpop to get new ones or a refund. No one has responded back to me. The products and service have failed my expectations. The beauty and make up is competitive. For this, I'll use my needs with other companies.

Ordered 3 palettes during the Black Friday sale. They were all available. A few weeks later I got an email telling me they had to give a refund because one of the palettes was not available. So, why did they allow me to purchase it? Also, why don’t they send me the palette when it is back in stock at the sale price I bought it at? Terrible customer service.

first, I dind't recived my full order. They gave me a cupon, I used that cupon to mate a New order. More than a month has passed & my package is not on way yet. I wrote them but the answer is same : the status about your track can take 24-48 hours to refresh. My package has not movements since november 30th. today is January 9th.

When I ordered my product it was in stock and then when I got my order it wasn’t what I ordered and then when I got my replacement what I ordered was out of stock.

Terrible customer service .. no phone Number never received my items ..never received a refund ..emailed them multiple times getting some type of robot email back then I finally got a hold of a real person .. by then the items that I ordered a lot of stock, they didn’t even offer me a different product just a refund .. which they were supposed to give me a refund .. that was two weeks ago. Still no refund color pop is awful not trustworthy at all.

The product was fine. What was horrible was the shipping and incorrect information that was provided on the many many emails that was sent. It took from ordering on November 27 and it did not arrive until December 26. The order label was generated on December 7th and was never filled until late December and then by then some of the items ordered then became out of stock when they were in stock many weeks ahead. I will never ever order from here again
