I order over a month ago and I never got an update!

I know that you haven’t been able to fulfill shipments because of covid but I purchased my $100+ order In mid March and I haven’t received one email on any kind of update (and obviously haven’t received it yet). Had to search through yalls twitter smh. Still really excited for my order tho :)

With the pandemic I have yet not received my order but I do not have any updates either. I should be kept more in the loop.

I love your products, but I had placed this order over a month ago. I know times are hard, but I have ordered from other companies during this period and everything else has arrived by now. I would be more okay with the delay if you provided updates on when I could expect my shipment.

Have not rcvd my products

I want to change the product after i paid & the instruction is not clear. At first, they allowed me to exchange good with same price, as you can see in the website, there are not so many choice for the same price to exchange. But i still reply within 30 minutes, and then the customer service said No more exchange option only can refund. What???

Should have mentioned on the web that you can place an order but delivery was on hold not after placing the order...

I haven't received my two orders. It's been 1 month and 11 days due to the covid19. Still waiting for my stuff but I'm sure it will be great. Made my two orders on March 26th.
