All shade ranges are good. I gave this rating because of shipping. I have to contact 5 times colourpop regarding my order pallets because I have never received it on my original address. They have issued a reshipment to my US address in which my brother already received. I won't be ordering anytime soon from colourpop unless they have a concrete solution for their delivery system. They might want to get some pointers from beautylish since they can delivery their items door to door in Asian countries.

The products are good and beautiful but I had bad experiences with the customs duty and waited a long time!

Most of products I bought is pretty good. However, customer service and shipping is terrible. One of my parcel is lost, and I didn't get any useful suggestion.

I bought 7 cream liners and was super excited for them to arrive. 2 arrived already dried out and 1 dried out after one use. Otherwise, the other 4 are great, I’m just worried that I don’t have much time left to use them before they dry out.

Over a month to ship

Didn't ship in a timely way; had a notification that the product had shipped, but no notifications after the initial notification, so the shipping label was created and product was not sent. Had to follow up. Got a replacement shipment but overall, frustrating experience

One of my pallettes came broken. I emailed customer service and never had any reply.

I never received my order... when I placed it, a few minutes afterwards I got my order confirmation and few minutes after that I received an email stating my order couldn't be processed! This has happened 3 times now. I'm very disappointed as I was ordering for my daughter as a gift and she lives in a different state from me. When I reached out to customer service they said to try to place my order again and the same thing happened!
