i think the products are good and i love the colors but i have gotten close to no shipping info. i ordered my palette a couple months ago and a week ago i received an email saying that colourpop is beginning to ship again. i understand the delay, but it sucks that i had to pay for shipping and then wait 2+ months (so far) without a clue on when it will actually arrive.

I know with everything going on with the pandemic shipping times are halted and delayed, but I received an email a little over a week ago saying shipping has resumed. I figured since I made a purchase in March, my purchase would be one of the first to ship but I still have not received any emails stating my order has been shipped and it still says in progress on the website. I really like Colourpop and I know these are unprecedented times but it is a little disappointing.

Your products are amazing, great and really affordable... But it's extremely sad that you don't find any shop to sell your products in Europe so we're forced to pay costoms taxes which are very expensive!! Furthermore they make the shipping extremely slow too (it takes from 3 to 6 months to get your package!) please think about finding some suppliers in Europe too. PS. Since it's not easy to buy your products there are several scammers from China on Ali express or online sites who sell the copies as real ones!

I gave 3 stars bc I unfortunately bc covid my order just sat there and processed so long that the hold on my bank acct ran out. I spent money that I thought I had bc I assumed the company would hold onto that money until the order shipped. I ended up cancelling. I heard that colourpop usually takes awhile to ship even under normal circumstances and didn't want to deal with having to continue to track down those orders. Each order was well over $100 so it wasn't an amount I wasn't comfortable with not keeping track of.
