Honestly the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. Spent $350 on the site to only receive 14/28 items. I tried to resolve this and they were completely useless didn’t hardly respond and issue wasn’t resolved so I had to go through PayPal. Really unprofessional company would not order from again.

TERRIBLE. Never received my product. Waited over a month. Terrible customer service. You get one star because at least I’m supposed to get my money back for lack of trying to get my order fulfilled. I’ll never try again. And if anyone asks, I’ll be sure to mention this.

I never received my package. I waited one week until I sent a ticket about the order. I have yet to receive any response.

The Colourpop that once was is no more. The customer service was terrible. The delivery time was unexceptable and I’m sorry but using the Covid19 as part of the excuse is shameful. Then getting beyond that I thought I could put that all aside and when I get the product everything will be forgotten. I opened my items and wanted to color swatch them only to find out the 3 Super Shock colors were old and bunched up into pieces when brush was swiped across product. This experience was so disappointing. I did get a small palette that was fine and that’s all I have to say.

They ran out of a lip pencil that was supposed to be with my order, this was a birthday gift. They didn't offer a replacement, nor did they reach out to me. I emailed twice and no reply. That's just bad business, that shows a lack of care for your customers and I'm sure it doesn't make a difference to the company but I will never order from here again.

I received all of my purchases and they arrived in one piece. However, it took almost 2 weeks for them to be shipped. Not two weeks through the shipping provider, but two weeks for the items to leave their warehouse. I had to email them and ask them to cancel my order if they didn’t ship by the next day. Magically, they finally shipped. 2 weeks is ridiculous.
