For the products I bought (Grander pallete) and frog SSS and I forget the name of the other...I really love them, the formulation is great only reason I give it 4 stars is I would prefer no glitter eyeshadow on my pallet. I prefer fine sparkle. For the overall brand as of the past year I’d heartbreakingly have to give it a 3 only because I feel that they’re pushing so many releases rather on focusing on restocking their best sellers. Also, I’d love to see them bring back more variety for their super shock shadows..really been wanting more. 💙

Products quality are good, but the delivery lead time is too long.

Site is very easy to use compared to others. I just had the misfortune of wanting the same colab as most of the planet! I had no trouble navigating and getting what I wanted. I my granddaughter is just getting into makeup so I wanted her to have the best, which is Colourpop. Very pleased with the brushes and RBK colab products I was able to get. Please hurry with a restock! I am on the email list.

Great product, the colors are beautiful, fast delivery. Only deception, the colors on the web site versus the real one are a bit different. But still beautiful

I had an amazing experience with this website and its products. I absolutely love my "The Child" eye shadow palette. I will say that the tracking was less than extraordinary. It gave you the option to track but didn't really say when or where it was. I still got my product in a timely manner and was super happy with it so it was a non issue.
