I still haven't received my package and it's been more than a month. I'd rather pick up cosmetics of other brands.

i had a package that was lost in the mail has been weeks I asked for a refund or store credit or a replacement they wanted to ship it to an alternative address. I don't have one then they decided to quit answering my messages and not resolve the situation

They sent me wrong order. They were missing 3 items. They never responded to any of my emails. I never received credit for any items.

Customer service will not respond to me and will not send me my missing items. Products are fine but customer service is TERRIBLE my package arrived two weeks ago and you refuse to help or just send the products

My package was wrong, I do not have any solution I just spend my money for nothing

I ordered the coven bundle the day it came out and I have yet to receive my candle. If I knew before placing the order that it would be delivered separately I wouldn’t have bought it. I truly don’t understand how the makeup was sent but it’s been 2 weeks and they still haven’t shipped the candle? I thought if it were to be shipped separately it would still be sent out at the same time as the make up was. VERY disappointed because this was a gift for a friend of mine that wanted it and her birthday was this past weekend and I had to give her the gift without the candle(which was what she wanted the most) and explain to her why I haven’t received it. I’m hoping it’ll be shipped out soon so she can get it.
