I’ve seen the hype about colour pop by a few influencers and decided to give it a try. I purchased the BFF mascara which I was most excited about, is just horrible as it transfers and smudges terribly. The eye shadow I purchased I’ve only used 3 times and have already hit pan. No wonder it’s so inexpensive, you don’t get much at all.

the lipstick pigment was great but the formula emphasized up every little lip wrinkle natural to lips. the eyeshadow pallet was subpar - the pigment and payoff was not great, the color translation from pan to lid was inaccurate, the blendability was very poor, and the shades that were meant to be shiny had very little payoff

The highlighter is okay but the packaging is so cheap and difficult to open. The concealer is decent but not amazing.

I say poor because the products have been amazing so im not worried about the collection. Poor comes from their customer service. I ordered a full pr collection for a whopping $270 and what arrived in the mail was a different cheaper collection. "Ok cool" I thought. "I'll just email them so they can express ship the correct item" so i emailed them. After explaining they apologized and said they would send the correct item. Here's the issue they wanted me to return the mistake product sent which is going to be thrown away because once cosmetics go to a home or outside the point of sales it cant be resold by that company for health standard i could've put on every single lipstick or shadow before sending it back so as an apology i should've been able to keep the item. Then the bigger issue its going on week 3 since my initial order and my item was just shipped yesterday at standard 3-5 days shipping. I feel they should've over night or express shipped it to make up for their mistake. As well as let me keep the item they asked me to return which will inevitably be thrown away or id hope because if they resale used makeup that's an issue. I will continue to be a customer i know mistakes happen but show some professionalism and rectify your mistakes quickly

Hello, I was very surprised when I received my package to find that I had to pay to collect it when I had already paid by credit card to pay for my items. I am very unhappy and will no longer order on your site. I was very happy, this is the first time this has happened to me and I was very disappointed and dissatisfied

déçus... j'ai commander des palettes, 1 mois après toujours pas de nouvelles, pour me dire que au final elle est à Hong Kong alors que j'habite en France... et puis que le colis soit perdue... echange de mails pas terrible. le choix entre remboursement ou renvoie d'un nouveau colis. je choisis remboursement, on me dit que non que c'est pas dans leurs politique de marque ... mais je suis quand même remboursée. heureusement. je n'en voulais plus de leurs palette tellement j'ai été déçus.

The mascara bled under my eyes and on my eye lids ...I was so hopeful! But no such luck
