Missing items that they did not replace.

I love Colourpop products, but had my first bad experience with them. Took forever to get my order

I have had 1 good experience with this company and then the 2nd time was disappointing which lead me to not trust them anymore. While I was out of the country on vacation I ordered a package and one of the eyeliners I received was damaged. I didn't get to opening the package until 1 month after my purchase to realize the damaged product. After contacting customer service via email I was told nothing could be done due to the time frame. This is ridiculous and very low of Colourpop to not keep a satisfied customer. I explained the situation of being out of the country and even offered proof but no other response was ever provided. Yes, their products are very inexpensive and I am not taking a major loss but this is a matter of principle. I spent money and expected to use what I paid for not throw it in the trash. As I stated to this company in our email never buying from them again I will pay a bit more but at least I am assured that I will be handled with more care by a more reputable company.

I ordered my product to Bangladesh and I dnt knw how it landed in California!!! I waited for almost half of the month n lastly all I found is my product went back n I got the refund. It was so disappointing! I was really looking for my products but didnt receive it in the end.

I’ve ordered from Colourpop several times & had great experiences, however the last time I purchased, several of the shades in one of the palettes were broken/shattered but they refused to do anything about it... Haven’t ordered since

I love the product but my going coconut palette started falling apart and moving out of place. I've only had it for about 2 weeks now.

J’ai passé une commande il y a plus d’un mois et elle n’est jamais arrivé à destination.

Unfortunately I need to give this rate, cause it makes me uncomfortable that you can't get refunds even when you can give the product back.
