I didn't get what I ordered and I didn't get it afterwards. First they offered me a gift card, but by that I would have had the shipping costs and the taxes to pay again. Then they offered me the money back, but not the real amount. I am . V.ery Disappointed.

I have reached out multiple times to remedy a broken pallet. I followed their prescribed method. No answer. No acknowledgement at all.

I will never be ordering from colourpop again after this experience. I have a severe carmine allergy. This is why I decided to contact customer service while purchasing the purty creme gel eyeliner, because while the specific item was labeled as vegan, carmine was also listed in the ingredients list. To my knowledge, carmine is derived from insects, and is therefore, *not* vegan. I wanted to double check with someone more knowledgeable, or so I thought, before putting this product on my eyes. The response I got from customer service did not give me any decisive answer, as if they were too lazy to look up the specific ingredients of said product. Instead, the tone was defensive, and the reply simply stated that what was listed on the site was a composite ingredient list, an industry standard, blah blah blah. That is not what I asked. I asked if the product labeled vegan contained carmine. No answer to my question was given. Rather, I was given some roundabout excuse as to why listing actual ingredients for each product is too difficult, which is absolutely insane. The eyeliner made my eyes swell and seal shut with mucus. It was both disgusting and painful. Once this happened, I went back to the site to post my review and warn others of my experience. The product was not in fact vegan, and for people like me who suffer with allergies, this is seriously important information. Infuriatingly, my review was never posted. I have checked back several times. However, most curiously, the vegan label has been removed from the product, which can only mean that my review was read and taken into consideration, but never posted to save face. That is not how honest business is done.

I haven't received my package yet, it's been a lot of time, there's always a problem, I didn't received help.

Do not get this!! the eyeliners were broken, as soon as I opened the lid the half of the eyeliner flew across the room. One out of the 3 I got was fine but right when I went to put it on the tip broke. Definitely not worth wasting money on.

First off, it’s really annoying to keep getting product review requests for a product I never received. I waited quite a while for the sponge to come back in stock, and ordered it when it did which also happened to be on a free shipping weekend. I received a lip product instead with someone else’s invoice inside. Once Colourpop finally got back to me about the incorrect order, the sponge was already sold out again. Even though it’s my favorite sponge I don’t know if I’ll be placing another order.
