Please adjust your shade matches. I entered my usual foundation brand and shade to see what would work best for my complexion in your brand. I went with the recommendation provided, received it in the mail, and the shade is WAY off! Not even close! I’m guessing I’d have to pay to have it shipped back and exchanged.

The lipstick is good. the gel liners are subpar aa the stick is constantly being broken off and theres residues on the eyelid from the liner despite being powdered and primed. I really dont get the appeal and it's more costly as a canadian

One of the items i ordered was missing and the costumer service rep was unwilling to reship it. I was offered a coupon for the amount! What a joke.
