Product was not same as mentioned in description plus no return policy

Nunca me llegó el pedido, hice el reclamo y tampoco tuve respuesta

I never received my items

I never received my order, I sent to the wrong address, tried to intercept and wasn’t able too :/

Missing items from my order and I reached out multiple times to get it fixed and never heard anything back.

Packaging was way too big with too much plastic filling, import bill was not mentioned.

Received the wrong order and never heard from Customer Service. I sent probably 15 emails the same day if it the package. No phone number to call. Will never order again!!!

I have no idea who chooses the international delivery vendor; the last mile is no longer our local postal office but some random 3rd party delivery services who is uncontactable so we can't track our parcels accurately. It's sad cos I ain't gonna purchase CP no more until it goes back to our local postal office who is more responsible for our packages
