I loved all of the products I ordered. The box it came in and packaging was beautiful. It took a while to get as it was coming from the US during COVID times. I wish it was available at a Canadian store! I would love to try more of your products samples with purchases are always useful for that!

The products and the packaging is amazing but the package took almost 2 months to arrive. I’m still overall happy with the purchase but I hope the shipping process can improve.

Great price value ratio, but for the Shipping fee, the delivery not too Quick.

I really love the colors in the thats taupe shadow palatte. A couple of the little pans seem loose, more powdery than the others. Overall though it’s a great product.

Colourpop is an excellent site to buy makeup has a good platform but the shipping times are really long that is the only thing I think they need to improve.

I ordered a build your own pallette, which I LOVE! Some of the colours aren't super pigmented. I wish there was a wider colour selection for this. Another issue is 1/4 of my setting spray leaked inside the box. Luckily nothing else was damaged. Lastly the lip glass I bought smelled expired (I ordered that from the 50% off page) besides the few negative things I experienced I'm still overall satisfied with my purchase and I would definitely buy from Colourpop again

Loving the quality, however I noticed that I am missing the lip gloss from the blush and lip gloss set " Aloe There!". The box came just with the blush. I also noticed that the gloss from the other blush and lip gloss set " Herb Appeal" has some weird spots inside. Not sure if that is ok. It almost looks like mold. I have a sent an email with JPEG photos and a short video.
