I love this concealer, made a mistake and ordered two of the wrong shade :( it’s too light for my skin tone, I try and use this concealer to cover up pimples or dark spots but it’s just the wrong shade. Love the formulation though. Very matte when dried sometimes don’t need to use powder over. Lasts all day long and barely creases under my eyes.

I know they are backed up because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but they could have gave us updates upon request. I emailed them multiple times and was sent the basic message they sent everyone about shipping being delayed. I understood that, but I wanted to know when I could expect it to be shipped. I understood that I would have to wait a while but I wanted to know when to be looking for it. They really need to improve customer service and their tracking system.

I actually like the lipsticks a lot. Unfortunately, this time, it took 2 1/2 months from time of order to receipt! It was a pain trying to keep track of the order. I would order from them again once the pandemic is over.

I love color pop products however the shipping took way to long to receive and is STILL taking to long to receive after two months of waiting for it. I have seen others receive their products, but I still haven’t, so I rated it three stars in hopes that will help colorpop with their speed in delivery.
