the shipping was fast which was awesome, but the product itself honestly kinda sucks,. i’ve bought eyeshadow from colourpop before and it was awesome! but this time around the product i purchased won’t even hold to my skin as i apply it. it’s essentially an unwearable eyeshadow. very disappointed as i was so excited to find a product in my favorite color... would give higher rating if the product was better quality. not sure what’s going on here

I would like the products that came to me, unfortunately my order arrived incomplete and I did not have a good resolution from Colourpop. They only gave me a coupon, with enough restrictions and less value of the costs that I paid for my order. I would not buy again

The eyeshadow pans fall out

In my first order from Colourpop, I was missing one palette, and received one of the palette with fingerprints on two of the shadow pans. I sent pictures to the company, but they said the damage was not "sufficient enough" to warrant sending me a new palette. I'm not going to use the palette that someone has touched with their bare hands, and even with stating I would do a chargeback to my card of the unable item, they didn't offer a return shipping label/to send me a replacement palette.

Love love love the products but one came faultily packaged. I reported it as soon as I realized it, which was 3 weeks after delivery. First interaction with customer service was great - knowing it was 3 weeks since delivery they were still requesting more information and wanting to make it right. Then suddenly every other interaction was saying they couldn't help me because it was more than 2 weeks since tracking was issued. Frustrating and silly return window. I offered to turn in the original product to Ulta or another retailer, I just wanted a corrected palette that I paid for but they maintained 2 weeks since tracking issued.

Customer service is a nightmare to deal with should your order happen to arrive damaged, defective or used despite how obviously right and with proof you can be (in the form of photos upon delivery) along with the willingness to send back the product(s) in question. They will bluntly refuse and completely over look the problem which seems to be their general way of dealing with things. Be aware quality control for items being shipped out to customers seems very minimal so you may run into this pretty earlier on. It would be a honest statement to say you definitely take your chances when buying from Colourpop and you get what you paid for (luxury items that are falling apart or maybe used) otherwise the products themselves seem reasonably priced and generally of good quality when it doesn't arrive flawed in some way.

The leggings I got are cute but the elastic band cuts in when I’m sitting. No matter how hard I try to hike the pants up my thighs still rub together which makes them hard to wear any time I want to do any cardio. If you are looking for pants that will have tummy control these are not the pants to get.
