I loved my order it arrived on time and all my products perform wonderfully. I loved how I easy it was to track my package. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because one of my lipsticks came damaged. It was broken off the tube which was upsetting. I can still use it be very carefully.

Love the brand but I sometimes find it hard to make the purchases I want. My colour in foundation never seems to be in stock at the same time as say the setting powder / anything else because often it seems like you guys are focused on constantly rolling out new lines instead of stocking up things that aready established or 'permanent' products. And with shipping/the conversion I don't like making multiple orders. I just wish y'all would focus on keeping existing product stocked more often, I ended up switching to a new foundation cause I found it so hard to buy the colourpop one even though I'd try to buy two of each per order.

Took a little while to ship, but I ordered right after Christmas, so that’s understandable. One of the eyeshadows in the palettes I ordered was broken, but other than that everything was great. It’s still useable, just a chunk is missing.

I bought a few palettes from Colourpop and I would do it again! Colourpop shipped the items to me in a cute box with lots of bubbly wrap to prevent damage to my purchase. The palettes are each in their own lovely sleeves that match their color scheme. The actual palettes are built like a nice compact: they snap closed, and each has a mirror that fills the full interior of the lid. The actual cosmetic's colors are beautiful and most of them build wonderfully. I bought one of the glitter Jelly Much eyeshadows and I love it. It's a SUPER GLITTER EXPLOSION, use with extreme restraint if you don't want to look like a craft store exploded on you. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because some of the eyeshadows I've worn have faded through the day or been pulled off by my hooded eyelids, I think that's something they could improve on with formula tweaks or maybe by coming out with creme eye shadows.

Took a little while to ship but everything else was good.

I am usually happy with this company but for my most recent order I received the wrong package (someone else's order). I tried emailing the customer service department 3 times and still haven't heard back. Just disappointed because I was excited about my box! Update -> They have shipped me my previous order and it's on the way!

The products are typically what you would expect. I love the coconut face milk and some of the eyeshadow palettes! Their lip products are nice but need to be reapplied during the day.

The products are great, I am very excited about them! I bought eyeliner, liquid lipstick, lippie stix and eye shadows to try different things and all of it was great quality. The shipping overseas took quite long. Because they put the normal value on the box (Total of 95 USD) instead of the price I actually paid (65 USD), I had to pay 30 euros for customs. This was quite dissappointing, it would be better if the actual paid price was on the box...
