I ordered on February 27, and it's now March 14th, and I still haven't received my order! (and yes, I do live within the US) It took 2 weeks to even get out the door! (it shipped out on the 12th) so now here I am, still waiting, probably going to be 3 weeks by the time it gets to me! There is a major weak link in their distribution chain if it takes them 2 weeks to ship out an order! (it wasn't even a huge order either!)

The product on the website and description compared to product in person is off. I ordered a concealer based on description and colour and it came out tooo fair. The shipping time took almost 3 weeks to Canada and it should have only been a week. This is the first time I’ve ordered from them so I thought the prices would be in CAD$ but was surprised when I saw my total converted and I payed way more then anticipated.

I’m a bit disappointed with my last purchase, as the products are not the same as I purchased a couple of years ago!! The lipsticks don’t stay on as long as they used too! I purchased same colours/lipsticks as last time which I was extremely happy with but unfortunately was not the same this time round!

the palettes came back with at least 1 pan crushed each palette, shipping takes way too long quality control on items are not satisfying, and despite all the marketing strategies and extremely short new item launch cycle, colourpop should really focus on enhancing the quality and delivery service
