Unfortunately, I am not al all satisfied with the customer service. My delivery was lost and when I received the report they said that I should wait, the package could still arrive, then they said that the 2 week reporting period had expired and there is nothing more they could do... So I lost a lot of money...

Worst customer service ever ordered the Hocus-pocus bundle mind you $115 and still havent received my black flame candle which is now after Halloween asked for a refund and was told because of their low prices of products there is no refunds exchange or returns well $115 isn't low cost so this means they make their products out of cheap makeup and over charge their customers I will not be buying from this company again not only are they taking our money but they don't care when or if you receive your product

I received a broken palette in the mail and only got to swatch one shade. It was one of the blush pans (not sure which one, they were all shattered and came unglued from the palette). The color was nice but a little sheer for my own makeup style. I emailed colourpop last week and never received a response.

I emailed because I was sent the incorrect items. I was understanding and willing to do whatever I needed too to get get the correct items. I was told, that I received the correct collection. Even tho I was NOT. Then they just stopped replying. Poor Customer Service.

Missing items empty boxes received, I felt a little disappointed in the customer service as there wasn’t really much thought offering vouchers to someone who is a international customer is a bit silly unless you plan to give free shipping & duties etc. I also feel as a international customer we are paying a lot more so we should be refunded with that in mind. Overall after this experience I will not be ordering from colourpop again and have unsubscribed from emails.

I didn’t receive my order. And it is already far more then 21 working days. Customer support recommended me just to wait. Worst service EVER!

I placed an order with Colourpop Cosmetics on 9/23/2021and part of the order was missing I’ve reached out to them several times and was told to would ship separately, this was part of a Halloween Collection and today is Nov 3, 2021and I still haven’t received it. Colourpop refuses to issue a refund and still hasn’t told when when I will get it. Halloween is over so it’s not going to do me much good now but the brand is untrustworthy and has poor business practices. I feel Colourpop over sold the merchandise knowing they didn’t have the product available and once they get your money you have no other recourse. I will never purchase from them again.
