I just ordered from Colourpop for the first time. I’m not impressed. Sure, their website was easy to use and offered in-depth descriptions and plenty of product photos. But, the two lip stains I purchased left a bad taste in my mouth because (1) the products took several weeks to ship and receive; and (2) the products DID NOT live up to their descriptions, they were more like a lip gloss in that they were thick and sticky, and did not actually stain my lips, but instead wore off super fast.

The colors are nice, but I travel a lot and the lip gloss continue to lean over everything. I’ve taken around 3 trips with the lipstick and they’ve leaked every time

The lip oils were great, everything else was just meh! But it does the job

The packaging is flawless and true to Naruto’s anime, but the product itself is disappointing. The eyeshadow pallet’s colors are fabulous but the quality of the product is poor. Even with eyelid primer it doesn’t go on smooth and it doesn’t stay on. I’ll just keep it as a souvenir.

Delivery took longer than estimated. Packaging of the lippie stix is poor and very low quality.

The top eyeliner was recommended by a friend because we both prefer a good felt tip eyeliner; I had so much hope, but it only took about 2 hours for it to run all over my eyelid (I primed before applying too) on a day that wasn't particularly hot, I'm disappointed. I love the felt tip, I just wish it didn't run!

Amazing eyeliner. Loved the lippie pencils. Chefs kiss to those. But the mascara was a flop. Arrived so dry and flakey. They need better quality control.
