One lipstick smelled so strongly of kerosene I immediately threw it out. I was shocked. I'd seen the company on a Netflix documentary and ordered $40 worth of product. None, None! of which I could use.

Long and thin lipsticks keep opening up in my purse- the cap is very loose. The same lipsticks keep breaking when I put a little bit of pressure. I don’t recommend that particular type.

Long wait and didn’t like product

Colourpop has always been my favorite company for over a decade…. But lately their makeup quality has gone way way down. The colors of the collection themselves were lack luster. But most importantly the lipstick was dry and messy- it’s supposed to be a matte and ended up transferring everywhere and looking a mess. Totally different than their old products. I’m disappointed

Your eyeshadow is flaky and smudge over face when applying

Every single time I try to place an order with ColorPop, the order doesn’t seem to go through properly. I always have to go back in and redo everything that I did before to complete it. Also, being inundated with pop-ups, trying to get me to buy other products while I’m trying to complete. My purchase is a bit frustrating. Having one pop-up is fine but multiple, over and over again it’s a bit annoying. I love your products though!

I didn’t get my package because it was in the tolk and I didn’t want to pay double so I just didn’t get anything have a nice day!
