This was an awful experience. I bought my items before Christmas and only just received the replacement to one yesterday....01/09/2025! I also had to write several emails before getting a response. Unacceptable. My sister had a similar experience. Several things arrived smashed and she struggled to get it resolved. Suffice to say, you lost several customers and I'll tell others about my experience.

First time buyer… says delivered but never came when I was home all day. I had to reach out 4 time via email before I got any response… they said it was returned to sender… yet said delivered??? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift bought on Black Friday and didn’t show up until mid January… no compensation only a warning that if it didn’t show up the 2nd time I was just out of luck & money. Very disappointed with this first time buy!

So disappointed, I placed my order back in November and still haven’t received anything. None of my emails or attempts to contact Colourpop have been answered. Definitely won’t be wasting anymore time or money on this company.

I ordered items on Black Friday. Took forever to get them. When I did get the items, 1 was broken and 1 was missing. I tried to call, no number to call. So I submitted on their site a form. No response. I emailed. No response. Finally, after going on all of their FB posts and blasting them, I got a response. They could would not reship the items, they would give me a refund. Meanwhile, those were christmas gifts that I had to now turn around and go find something else a week before christmas. It was really disappointing, I liked their stuff but will not buy it again.

I bought 13 items and they only sent 8. I sent them an email to ask for clarification on the 5 missing items asking them to please send them to me. They asked me for the SKUs of each missing product and I provided them. Their response was that they were sorry but they just gonna giving me a coupon for the value of what I lost. It wasn't until I expressed my annoyance that they told me that ONLY ONCE they would refund my card, as if it were my mistake. I will never buy again because if they make a mistake again they will not be responsible. I really advise you to improve the experience for your international clients. I love your products, all of them have excellent quality but unfortunately this bad experience made my friends and I make the decision to no longer buy for fear that they will not be held responsible. This time the purchase was 101 dollars. What will happen if it is a larger purchase? Will we lose that money because of your mistake?
